​Kaiser Permanente has announced plans to construct a new, state-of-the-art 7-story hospital tower at its Sunnyside Medical Center in Clackamas, Oregon. Scheduled to open in 2029, the 615,000-square-foot facility will feature 100% private patient rooms equipped with in-room telemedicine capabilities, advanced robotics, and image-guided surgical equipment. Stanford Health Care
Stanford Health Care has initiated a comprehensive $1.2 billion, six-year renovation and rebuilding project at its hospital complex located at 300 Pasteur Drive in Palo Alto, California. The ongoing project aims to modernize patient care facilities while maintaining hospital operations, with enhancements including a dedicated cancer center, two new four-story building extensions housing 58 private patient rooms, 21 renovated operating and procedure rooms equipped with advanced medical technology, and a redesigned pediatric emergency department

Baptist Health
Baptist Health has announced plans to construct a new four-story, 123,000-square-foot emergency tower on its main campus in Jacksonville, Florida. The $190 million facility will feature 100 emergency rooms—63 for adults and 37 for children—including three pediatric trauma rooms, as well as imaging, laboratory, and ancillary resources to support emergency and trauma services. Construction is set to begin later this year, with phased openings leading to full completion in 2029
