1. Event Changes and Scheduling
MRK Events reserves the right to make changes to the date, format, schedule, or content of any virtual or in-person event at our sole discretion. While we aim to provide notice as early as possible, changes may occur due to internal planning requirements or external factors.

2. Force Majeure
MRK Events is not liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, pandemics)

• Government actions, restrictions, or regulations

• Labor disputes, strikes, or supply chain disruptions

• Internet or technology failures affecting virtual event delivery

• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil disorder

In such cases, MRK Events will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds will not be guaranteed.

3. Client Cancellation and Penalties
If a client chooses to cancel participation in any MRK Events program, service, or event package, cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or official correspondence.

Standard Cancellation Penalties:

• Depending on timing and nature, clients may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total value of the registered program or package. No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event.

• Clients who independently register for an event and later cancel may be subject to penalties up to the full event or package value, based on the same timeline and conditions.

Non-Refundable Deposits or Payments:
Certain deposits or partial payments made at registration may be non-refundable and will be clearly identified in any agreement or registration form.

MRK Events reserves the right to evaluate cancellations case-by-case but is under no obligation to issue refunds or credits outside the conditions outlined above.

4. Liability for Personal Property
MRK Events is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or equipment during events. Participants are solely responsible for their property.

5. Intellectual Property
All event materials, branding, and content are the exclusive property of MRK Events or its partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. MRK Events reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund or compensation.
